Refund Policy
Last updated:
Refund guarantee: a full refund can be requested within 60 days of your first payment, no reason required. Requests go through the ticket area of the user panel; the details you need are listed under “How to Apply and What to Include” below.
Refund Guarantee and Time Window
VPNCW offers a 60-day, no-questions-asked refund on your first payment. “No questions asked” means you do not have to give a reason when you apply; “first payment” means the first paid order placed by the same account on this service. Within 60 days of a successful payment, both monthly subscriptions and data packs can be submitted for a refund; whether the full amount is returned depends on the conditions below.
Refund amounts for the three monthly plans (¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, ¥28/month with 500GB) and the three data packs (¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, ¥658/3000GB) are based on the amount actually paid for that order. They are not prorated by remaining days or unused data.
After 60 days, an order is no longer eligible for a no-questions-asked refund. If there is a service-side reason, such as a route being unavailable for an extended period, you can explain the situation in a ticket and it will be reviewed manually before a reply is given.
When a Refund Applies
Orders that meet all of the following conditions can be refunded in full at the amount actually paid:
- It is the first payment on that account, and the request is made within 60 days of a successful payment;
- The monthly subscription shows no obvious excessive use, and the data pack has no consumption records;
- The account is in good standing and has not been restricted or banned for violating the Terms of Service;
- The information provided matches the order and payment records and can be verified.
A no-questions-asked refund does not require a reason, but the order and payment records are still checked to make sure the money goes back to the person who actually paid.
When a Full Refund Does Not Apply
The following cases fall outside the scope of a no-questions-asked full refund:
- Requests made more than 60 days after the first payment;
- Second and later paid orders on the same account;
- Plan data has clearly exceeded normal trial use, or the data pack has already been consumed;
- The account has been restricted or banned for violating the Terms of Service, or shows abnormal usage records;
- Repeated submissions, forged payment receipts, or information that does not match the order records.
These cases are not automatically declined. If there is a genuine service-side reason, explain it in a ticket; the service will review the order status, actual usage and the terms, and give a clear answer.
How to Apply and What to Include
Refund requests are submitted through the ticket area of the user panel. The process:
- Sign in to the user panel, open the ticket area, create a new ticket and set the subject to “Refund request”.
- In the ticket, provide: account username, order number, payment method, payment time and payment amount.
- If you paid with USDT, also include the receiving address used for the original payment.
- After submitting, wait for verification; the result will be posted in the same ticket.
You do not need to provide your account password or email address in the ticket, and you should never send passwords, verification codes or subscription links. Once the order has been verified, the subscription or data pack is stopped and any data already issued is not retained.
Refunds to the Original Payment Method
Refunds are returned along the original payment path:
- Alipay, WeChat: returned to the original paying account, which must still be able to receive funds;
- USDT: returned to the on-chain address provided with the request, matching the original payment.
The refund is initiated as soon as the review passes. The actual arrival time depends on the payment channel's processing schedule and cannot be controlled by this site. Refund status is updated in the ticket; if the money has not arrived after a long time, first check the transaction records of the original paying account, then add a note to the ticket for a manual check.
Payment Method Differences and Terms Explained
This policy applies to all three payment methods — Alipay, WeChat and USDT. The only differences are the return path and the verification materials: Alipay and WeChat are verified against the original transaction number, while USDT is verified against the on-chain address and transaction record. If a refund fails because the receiving address was entered incorrectly, the applicant must provide the correct address before it can be processed again.
This policy, together with the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy, forms the service agreement. Plan prices, billing periods and data rules are governed by the order information shown on the pricing page and at checkout in the user panel; common questions are answered in the Help Center.
This policy may be updated as the service changes; the month of the update is shown on this page. Completed orders are handled under the version in effect when the request was made.
