Billing and Plans

Plan Pricing and Data Packs

Monthly plans reset data on the activation date each month; data packs last until used up and never expire. Both billing types share the same routes and the same client, and an account can be online on unlimited devices at once.

Key pricing: from ¥9.9/month, pay with Alipay / WeChat / USDT, 60-day refund, no questions asked.

Choose a tier

Pay monthly, or buy data as a one-time pack

Both billing types share the same routes and the same client, and differ only in how data is counted: pick a monthly plan for steady usage, a data pack for occasional usage.

Pick a tier by usage

Who each of the three monthly tiers suits

Spelling out who each tier suits, what it can do and where the limits are is more useful than a price tag alone.

¥9.9 / mo · 60GB
Best for

One person's everyday use: research, email, 1080p video, the occasional AI chat tool. Light to moderate usage, with no long-running high-bandwidth tasks.

What it handles

Web and document collaboration, 1080p streaming, AI chat tools, cross-region access to the sites you use most.

Watch out

60GB resets monthly, so long 4K sessions or big downloads can use it up early; you can upgrade in the panel and the price difference is prorated over the remaining days.

¥18 / mo · 250GB
Best for

For people who are online for long stretches each day with a phone and a computer connected at once, often watching 4K streams or running long AI sessions.

What it handles

Several devices in parallel, 4K video, long AI sessions, cross-region remote work and file sync.

Watch out

Data still resets monthly on the activation date, so a burst of large downloads at month end can get tight; the extra capacity is mainly there for video and sync apps.

¥28 / mo · 500GB
Best for

A household or small team sharing one account, several devices online for long stretches, with frequent remote desktop work and asset uploads and downloads.

What it handles

Streaming on several devices at once, remote work, dev environment sync, cross-region collaboration.

Watch out

The account has no device limit, but total data is still 500GB reset monthly; if several people share it and all watch 4K, consider a data pack instead.

Data pack

The kind that is not billed by time

Buy by capacity, use it until it runs out, no expiry date: built for irregular usage.

Data packs are bought by capacity in three tiers, ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB and ¥658/3000GB, and last until used up with no expiry date. They suit people whose usage is irregular: a stretch of business travel, a short cross-border project, or the occasional need for an international route, without being tied to a monthly cycle.

There is exactly one difference from a monthly plan: monthly data resets on the activation date each month, while a data pack gives you exactly what you bought and keeps whatever is left. Route coverage, client and simultaneous device count are identical to a monthly plan.

The bigger the capacity, the lower the cost per GB. Users with steady high-volume traffic who do not want to renew monthly are better off with the 3000GB tier; if you only top up now and then, 300GB is enough.

Note: data packs and monthly plans are two separate billing types. Estimate your real monthly usage before choosing; if unsure, start with the smaller capacity and top up when it runs out.

What's included

What every plan includes

The tier only sets data and price. Everything below is identical across all tiers, at no extra charge.

  • 90+ countries / 170+ routes — a mix of relay, direct and IEPL dedicated lines, with automatic route selection by region.

  • Unlimited devices online at once — the same account can be signed in on Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux simultaneously.

  • Bank-grade encryption — traffic is encrypted end to end from client to route.

  • Clients for five platforms — Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux; get the subscription after signing in to the panel.

  • Alipay / WeChat / USDT — all three payment methods are chosen at checkout in the panel.

  • 60-day refund, no questions asked — request it with a ticket in the user panel and the money goes back to the original payment channel.

  • No email address needed — sign up with a username and password, no email field.

  • Streaming and AI tools on optimized routes — Netflix, YouTube 4K, ChatGPT and other popular services go through optimized routes.

Payment and activation

Three payment methods, activated on order

Payment is completed inside the user panel; these pages never collect any payment information.

  • Alipay Priced in CNY

Scan the code or follow the redirect to pay; once payment completes, the order and subscription appear in the panel.

  • WeChat Priced in CNY

Scan to pay, same flow as Alipay, and the order shows up in the panel right after payment.

  • USDT Transfer the amount shown in the panel

For users who hold crypto balances; when transferring, make sure to use the network shown in the panel.

Four steps from sign-up to importing the client

  1. Create an account — username and password only, no email address required.
  2. Pick a tier — monthly plan or data pack; confirm capacity and price on the plans page in the panel.
  3. Pay — choose Alipay, WeChat or USDT and follow the on-screen instructions.
  4. Import the client — the subscription is generated in the panel after payment; copy the subscription link into the client for your platform.
Refund

60-day refund, requested from the panel

The same refund promise covers monthly plans and data packs. No reason required.

  1. Submit a ticket — sign in to the user panel and name the order you want refunded in the ticket system.
  2. Order check — support verifies the order number and payment channel.
  3. Refund to source — the money goes back to the original payment channel.
  4. Confirm arrival — timing depends on how fast the payment channel processes it.
