These terms apply to users who sign up through vpncw.com and use a VPNCW subscription. Prices, data allowances, device counts and refund periods match those shown on the pricing page and the refund policy page.
1. Service Content and Scope
VPNCW provides a network acceleration subscription for cross-border access. Once the subscription is imported into the Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux client, users can reach websites and services outside mainland China over international routes. Coverage currently spans 90+ countries / 170+ routes, including IEPL dedicated lines, relay and direct connections; the routes actually available are the ones listed in the client.
Subscriptions are measured by data allowance and duration: the monthly plan is ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB and ¥28/month for 500GB, with data resetting each month on the activation date and mid-term upgrades prorated against the remaining days. Data packs are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB and ¥658/3000GB, used until they run out and never expiring. Payment is by Alipay, WeChat or USDT; no email address is required — a username and password are enough. Full details of every plan and data pack are on the pricing page.
The subscription grants only the right to use this service within these terms and does not include membership benefits of any third-party site or app. Third-party platforms may change availability for particular network environments under their own policies, and such changes fall outside the scope of this service.
2. Account and Subscription Rules
The account belongs to the person who registered it, and one subscription allows unlimited simultaneous devices. The account name, password and subscription link are access credentials and should be kept safe; data use and configuration changes caused by leaked credentials are the responsibility of the account holder.
Reselling, renting or lending an account or subscription link is not permitted, nor is splitting or redistributing the subscription or building a proxy or acceleration service for third parties on top of this service. Reverse engineering the client or circumventing data accounting in any way is also prohibited.
Unlimited devices does not mean the subscription can be shared with unrelated third parties. Where several people use one account long term and traffic patterns look abnormal, the service may confirm the usage scenario with the account holder.
3. Compliance Requirements
Users must comply with the laws of their own jurisdiction and with the terms of the services they access, and are responsible for the content they reach through this service. This service provides network acceleration and international route access; it does not change where content comes from and does not judge the legality of third-party content.
The service must not be used for unlawful purposes, including infringing the intellectual property or privacy of others, distributing illegal material, committing fraud, attacking other networks and systems, or interfering with public communications. Where such cases are found, the service may restrict routes, suspend or terminate the account.
4. Service Availability and Liability Limits
The service maintains its routes and clients continuously but does not promise uninterrupted operation at all times or in every network environment. Scheduled maintenance, upstream route changes, third-party platform policy changes, local network and device faults, and force majeure may cause short outages or speed fluctuations.
To the extent permitted by law, the service is not liable for indirect losses arising from third-party restrictions, misconfiguration or use that breaches these terms. Users should assess their own network environment and needs before buying; if the service does not meet expectations, a full refund can be requested without giving a reason within 60 days of the first payment — see the refund policy for the process.
5. Account Termination
The service may suspend or terminate an account, depending on the severity, in the following cases: reselling, renting or publicly sharing the subscription; using the service for unlawful purposes; attacking, scanning or disrupting the service or other users' networks; faking identity, bulk registration or exploiting system vulnerabilities for gain.
Users may stop using the service at any time and submit a closure request through the user dashboard. Once the account is terminated, the subscription link stops working and the service ends.
6. How These Terms Change
The service may update these terms because of business changes, route changes or regulatory requirements. Updated terms are published on this page, and the last-updated date at the top is changed at the same time; continued use of the service means acceptance of the updated terms.
Changes to prices, data allowances and refund periods will be announced on the site and in the user dashboard before they take effect.
Questions about these terms: submit them through the ticket form in the user dashboard; the service handles them in the order received.
